When we received your order, we noticed the deployant clasp size didn't match your strap, so we reached out to confirm the correct size before proceeding.
As we weren't able to confirm the size you needed and don't currently stock the 22mm deployant clasp, we issued you a full refund for your clasp so you weren't left out of pocket.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this strap really exceeded my expectations. The leather is gorgeous. I would definitely purchase watch straps from here again!
I have ordered and received over a dozen watch straps from Artisan this year. My experience with them has always been positive. The product is well made and the workmanship is perfect. They are prompt with responses and shipping time is reasonable considering they are shipping from Australia. I will continue to purchase my watch straps from Artisan.
Fantastic leather, colour, and finishing. I just I found it too thin, if it was a bit thicker 2.5mm - 3mm, it would have been perfect!!
I purchased 3 lizard leather straps since I love the brand.Since the 2 out of 3 were perfectly fine,the Whiskey lizard straps' quick release spring bar was faulty.I came in contact with costumer service but I was just advised to use a special tool.
