Fast and Easy Domestic & Worldwide Shipping

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Sydney, Australia, and every parcel is tracked.

Ready-To-Wear watch straps are usually shipped the next business day.
Made-to-Order/Custom straps are dispatched around 25 business days (5 weeks) after purchase due to the required crafting time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order value and destination. The guide below reflects our current rates; prices are in Australian dollars unless stated and are shown in your own currency at checkout.

Domestic (Australia & New Zealand)

Australia

We ship within Australia using Australia Post (AusPost). Free Express shipping on orders of AU$100 or more.

Express (1-3 business days): AU$12.70, free for orders AU$100+
Standard (2-5 business days): AU$9.70

Typical delivery times: NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA: 1-2 business days by Express; WA and NT: 2-5 business days.

New Zealand

International

We offer a wide range of shipping options and tracking is provided on all international orders.

We generally ship via International Express (EMS) for free above a certain order value, or for a small fee on smaller orders. Typically takes 5-10 business days depending on location.
We also offer a subsidised express service via DHL Express. This is faster than EMS and usually takes 3-5 business days. For the United States and our main European markets, DHL Express is sent with duties and taxes paid (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Clearance watch cases ship separately: AU$12.40 Express within Australia; internationally US$18 Standard, US$25 EMS or US$45 DHL Express.
We are currently unable to ship to Russia.
